Did the Republicans start the debate about contraception, or did the Democrats use Machiavellian tactics by luring Republicans into a debate that the majority of the public disagrees with them on, so they’d be forced into fighting a losing battle?
Either way, this will help Obama and the Democrats in November. Women make up more than 50% of the electorate. Lose the women’s vote – lose the election.

Newt opened the whole can of worms with this speech on Obamacare:

Deal’s current pier is the last remaining fully intact leisure pier in Kent. Its structure was extensively refurbished and repaired in 1997, with work including the replacement of much of the concrete cladding on the pier’s main piles. Work began in April 2008 to construct a new pier-head with a modern restaurant, with the restaurant opened in December 2008.

I’m just curious. How do defense attorney’s defend people like Charles Manson, and people who rape and kill children? Like yeah I know it’s their job, but emotionally and mentally, how do they do it if they know that person is guilty? For example, Jennifer Hudson’s family killer is on trial, and it’s just so shocking to me how he actually has a defense attorney when it is so obvious that he killed those three people. Thanks for the answers!

They just try to make sure the laws are followed and to make sure the penalty is the correct one for the crime.
It does bother them, I know a lot of public defenders as well as defense attorneys and when they represent a baby abuser or a rapist it bothers them, but it is their job.
Most try to get a plea deal to prevent the family from having to set through a trial, but it does bother them but it is their job to do it

How does a deaf person learn sign language? They can’t hear, so how do they learn what the different signals mean?
How does a blind person learn to read braile?
What about people who are both blind AND deaf, like Hellen Keller, except born that way? How are they taught to communicate at all, when they can’t see or hear, and never could?

THEY HAVE PLENTY OF PROFESSIONALS THAT TEACH THEM AND FRIENDS AND FAMILYS AND TEACHERS SHRUG THERES PLENTY OF AGENCYS AND CASE WORKERS AND SCHOOLS AND GOD HELPS THEM TOO… AND THEY TEACH THEIRSELF ALSO.

I mean, people can’t just declare war on their neighbours. So what are the rules about declaring war, what has to be required? Im just curious, because we briefly discussed it in school, and I had more unanswered questions.

Traditionally, any nation-state could or can declare war on any other nation-state. Until the Geneva Convention there really wasn’t any „rules”. And many countries simply ignored the Geneva Convention anyway, like Japan and Germany during WWII. Nations just have to be careful not to pick on the wrong guy. Like the Arab states when they declared war on Israel and the Israelis quickly cleaned their clock!

I’m wondering if I can just declare all of my variables before I write the functions that use them. I’m planning on having all of the functions in one file.

That is where „private” and „public” comes in handy. „public” vars are accessible by all, not „private”!
